Today’s New York Times

The sports section has an article about pro-bowler Kelly Kulick and discusses, among other things, her appearance in “Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.” I’m mentioned, as is Ariel, and even Todd Nauck. They even have artwork from the issue, although for some reason they used a page that DOESN’T feature Kelly. Go figure.

  1. First post!!:-}
    I read it this morning. I was pleasantly surprized at how respectful it was to both Ms Kulick and to the comic. Not a POW! or BAFF! in sight.
    As they said at Woodstock:
    “The New York F**king Times, man!”

  2. I just read the article wondering if you guys were quoted. Interesting stuff. I used to watch bowling with my mother as a kid, but haven’t really watched it since, but I thought the article was well done.

    Re: the artwork, that wasn’t her with the ponytail with Spidey in the background?

  3. Very nice article. (Thanks for the link… Friendly Neighborhood Spudhead!) Congratulations to everyone for the attention from one of the nation’s largest, most prestigious newspapers!
