I just listened to the Pod Cast and I loved it.
I just want to point out that DC releasing trades of a serie that has already gone to another publisher is not a first.
Marvel released the originals Larry Hamma G.I Joe trades shortly after the franchised went to Devil’s Due
I’m about halfway through the podcast. I just got to the point where someone asks PAD about a confrontation between JJJ an Peter Parker. PAD says he’d like to write it if Joe doesn’t.
I have to say, that’s the story I’ve wanted to see since the unmasking. Not what happens between Spidey and JJJ, but between Peter and JJJ. Alone, no costume, just the two of them as regular guys.
My angle is that Jonah’s been pretty supportive of Peter over the years. Sometimes it was only because Robbie Robertson prompted him to, but he still helped Peter out at times. I wouldn’t call JJJ a father figure for Peter, but I think he’d call himself that. So I want to see how JJJ deals with Peter now that he knows Peter’s been lying to him for years.
I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time out to chat with me about comics and sign my books at NY Comicon.
This was my first year and I hope that it does get better but despite all the issues, it was an overall fun experience
I hope to meet you again and have a little more time to chat with you.
Good luck with your future projects and hope to see you at a convention in Florida
Thank you again,
Steven and Joyce
