I am very much looking forward to this. I just reread Woad to Wuin. I guess I should reread Tong Lashing now.
WOW! New Apropos stories? In a graphic format? I’m SO there.
I wasn’t aware that there was a 3rd novel in the series either- so I’m doubly excited, as there is yet ANOTHER Apropos adventure waiting to be explored! What a great day this is.

Yeah, well, you can thank Pocket Books for that. The lack-of-publicity department literally did nothing to promote it, including never sending out any review copies to anyone. The result? Pocket was disappointed in the sales of the book that they made sure no one knew existed. How typically apropos.

Oh my god, I LOVE the artwork in that banner atop the article! Beautiful! Very Charles Vess-esque.
I can’t wait to read the series!
Good timing on this one. I’m about halfway through the first book, and loving it. I also can’t get the image and voice of David Tennant out of my head as I read. PAD, you should send his agent a copy of the book – who know, now that he’s leaving Doctor Who, he could have an opening in his schedule…

When is the timeline of this story or is it a remake of the first novel? Also did the short story ever get published?

Never mind I broke down and read the link even though there are spoilers there. The story takes place after the third novel. I’m so excited even though me and Apropos are no longer the same age due to his five year absence.

Sorry for the multiple posts. I always get excited and carried when it comes to my boy Apropos. I’m looking forward to the trade when it eventually comes out but I’m disappointed that the story isn’t taking place where the first novel takes place. I really want to know what became of Entipy, and all the other characters from the first book as well as the kingdom itself.
